Hi, I'm Ian
This is just the start of my life story.
I was just so cute as a young child and then 'juvenile diabetes' came a calling. Whilst, in my personal opinion, I have retained my good looks: I am over 60-years older and possibly somewhat wiser.

I have literally been to hell-and-back with some of my experiences and am able to justifiably claim that some of these are in the totally unique category.

My 'Blog' is to enable a bit of an insight to me; what I do and how I do it. I will draw upon my large box of incidents and experiences to enable a much better understanding.

The main aim is to assist any others out there who may be looking for something that can give them more confidence in the approaches they can make here.
