WTF

I just can't understand why so many diabetics seem unwilling to follow a simple and easy plan to avoid bring in all the known associated issues with our condition?

I have lived with diabetes since 1958 and am coming up to my 62 years diaversary. I have lived a really great and almost normal life, throughout and haven't presented with associated issues. That was even after the truly awful experience I had when a car travelling at over 80 mph physically struck me, head on; even the ambulance sent to collect me expected me to have expired!
